The Poem!

We always start off with a battery

Make sure that it's not flat!

Its electricity powers the circuit

We won't get far without that.

The electricity comes out racing

Round the circuit really fast.

Round it goes, and round again,

Till the battery dies at last

Try adding a bulb to the circuit -

It will light up, girls and boys.

Try adding a buzzer instead,

And it should make a big noise!
