The Poem!

Electricity may be shocking stuff
but you'll be fine if you're careful enough.
This may be just a simple rhyme
But it could save you, so take the time!

Please listen carefully, as I explain
About electricity straight from the mains.
It's much more powerful than a battery or two.
The shocking news is - it could kill you!

So never stick what's in your pocket
(like scissors or pens) into a socket.
And remember that you never oughta
Use electricity close to water!

When holding a plug it is fantastic
If you only ever touch the plastic.
Ask for help if you're in doubt
Don't take risks, just SHOUT OUT!
